Project Cost Estimates. 4.2.1 At the times designated herein, the Designer shall develop an estimate of the total cost of the Project (the "Total Project Cost"), including Designer's fees, costs of the construction, costs of equipment, furnishings, furniture and signage, permit fees and appropriate contingencies. These costs shall be prepared and submitted to the Owner substantially in the format shown in Attachment C to this Agreement, with supporting documents listing quantities, unit price, labor rates, man-hour estimates, overhead and profit.
Project Cost Estimates. 5.3.1 Prepare an estimate of probable construction costs which will include quantity/costs for all major components of work. Prepare estimate for total project cost which will include: program management, preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way, environmental compliance/mitigation, construction, toll collection systems, utility relocation, and CE&I, and financing.

TRG has furnished the City with a current representation of the estimated Project construction costs, including that portion of Project construction and development costs to be reimbursed through Annual City TAD Payments; including Old Town Phase 1 Public Improvements and Phase 1 Commercial Space.
Project Cost Estimates. For Department sponsored programs and projects, Department will collect and analyze data to be used in evaluating alternative transportation projects. For these projects, Department will supply MPO with project level cost and other data necessary for MPO to demonstrate in its financial plans that the entire system will be adequately maintained and operated. MPO and local project sponsors will collect and analyze data reflecting existing and historical information which will be the basis for local project estimates cost and revenue projections for transportation planning, programs, and projects.
Project Cost Estimates. The Landscape Architect/Civil Engineer may be required to provide cost estimates for pre-design, programming, feasibility, and/or study phases; schematic design; design development; and construction documents, as well as for any other design alternatives or special Project circumstances as the County deems necessary (collectively, the “Cost Estimates”). The Cost Estimates shall include all construction costs and may include other Project costs, as deemed necessary by the County.

Project Cost Estimates a. XIMEDICA’S estimate of project costs (the “Project Cost Estimate”) and schedules is based on the scope and schedule of the project as mutually agreed. Given the unique nature of CLIENT’s project, the Parties recognize that research, design, development, and manufacturing services are inherently subject to risk. When compiling any Project Cost Estimate, XIMEDICA uses its best judgement to provide reasonable estimates of costs and project timelines. The Parties recognize however that those estimates are subject to change and that services performed by XIMEDICA are being estimated and performed on a time and materials basis. In the event XIMEDICA determines that the current Project Cost Estimates are no longer substantially accurate (due to changing assumptions, development challenges, CLIENT changes in scope, etc.) it will communicate with CLIENT in a timely manner and the Parties endeavor to agree on a revised SOW or Project Cost Estimate, provided however, that in the event the Parties cannot agree, either Party may terminate the agreement according to the terms set forth below.
