PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the City of Naples to obtain prices from qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to replace approximately 3,930 linear feet of 12” Asbestos Cement sanitary sewer force main located on Park Shore Drive, from US41 to a location just west of Xxxxxxx Road in accordance with the plans and as specified. Specific installation and directional drill locations have been outlined within the design specifications. The contractor shall be required to abandon and grout the existing force main and provide complete restoration of disturbed areas including roadway, crosswalks, pavement markings, driveways, sod, etc. During the abandonment of the existing main and connection to the new main, the contractor shall be responsible for the management and transportation of existing flows that will be impacted by the shut-down of the existing main.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK. The Contractor has applied to the Commission for this Award and the Application, as well as any requirements in the RFP, are incorporated into this Contract by reference. The full description of the Project is provided in Exhibit A as the Project Description/Scope of Work. The Project Description/Scope of Work cannot be amended without the express, written consent of the Commission, through its Executive Director.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SCOPE OF WORK. 2.1 The Artist will design, fabricate, and assist with the installation of a sculpture in Griffintown Park. The Work will be celebrated as a new public art installation. 2.2 For services rendered herein, FAC shall pay Artist a sum not to exceed $15,000, for all work performed during the period beginning through . Artist shall furnish services as described in section 2.1, herein. Terms and Conditions for Payment are as follows: a deposit of $ from the City to be paid to the Artist upon commencement of Work and the remainder will be paid upon completion of Work. 2.3 Artist will provide FAC with drawings of the proposed sculpture, and FAC must approve the design prior to Artist’s start of Work. 2.4 The Artist shall provide monthly progress reports and/or deliverables to the Contract Administrator in a manner acceptable to the Contract Administrator.

Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Scope of Works (a) Users with an appropriate licence type may be able to create and access Scope of Works. (b) The parties acknowledge and agree that: (i) any wording contained in a Scope of Works is established by the Customer, is customisable and within the Customer's absolute control; (ii) Users make decisions within ProcurePro on how to draft Scope of Works and ProcurePro is not responsible for those decisions; (iii) the Supplier is not liable for the Customer's use or reliance upon any Scope of Works; and (iv) the Supplier is not responsible for controlling the use, copying, modification or export of a Scope of Works by any User to which the Customer allows access to that Scope of Works.

  • SERVICE LEVEL DESCRIPTION The Fund Accounting Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the Service Level Description attached thereto and replacing it in its entirety with the Service Level Description attached hereto.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
