Approved Invoice definition

Approved Invoice means an invoice for the aggregate purchase price of Merchandise purchased by Borrower with a purchase order approved by Xxxxx.

Approved Invoice means an original supplier’s invoice issued at the time of purchase of low dollar Goods or Services not exceeding$5,000.00 and which bears both the signature of an appropriately authorized City employee and appropriate account number(s);

More Definitions of Approved Invoice

Approved Invoice means an invoice that contains either a purchase order or other written contractual agreement approved as a Qualified Expenditure by the Consortium and submitted to the Clerk for payment from the Payment Account.
