These activities will be used to provide oversight and control throughout Sub-Phase 2A. Sub-award management and technology transfer functions will also be performed under this task. The Alliance utilizes earned value management techniques meeting industry standards for tracking completion of work, keeping activities on schedule, and controlling costs to remain within the budget. The Alliance implements and manages the project and reports on activities in accordance with the approved PMP, which is revised throughout the phases of the project. The Alliance prepares and submits reports and deliverables as required in the Financial Assistance Reporting Requirements Checklist and this SOPO.
