PROJECT PROBLEMS. In the event of any actual or potential problem or delay in the Pre-Launch Development Services or the Hosting and Support Services, the Relationship Managers will discuss the relevant sources, possible remedies and potential impact on the Pre-Launch Development Services or the Hosting and Support Services at the next scheduled status meeting or, at either Relationship Manager's request, an emergency meeting. To assist in such discussions, each Relationship Manager may invite any applicable Project Managers or other persons to the scheduled or emergency meeting. If a modification of the Specifications or the Schedule is required as a result of the problem or delay, the Relationship Managers will follow the procedures specified in Section 7.

PROJECT PROBLEMS. In the event of any actual or potential problem or delay in the Network Services or other development projects, the Relationship Managers will discuss the relevant source of such problem or delay, possible remedies and the potential impact on the Network Services or other development projects within twelve hours after such problem or delay is identified or the beginning of the next business day (whichever is earlier).   • Project The Land and all improvements thereon, including the Building, the Parking Facilities, and all Common Areas.

  • Project Leaders Within [**] Business Days after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint (and provide written notice to the other Party of the identity of) a senior representative having a general understanding of biopharmaceutical discovery and development issues to act as its project leader under this Agreement (each, a “Project Leader”). Each Project Leader may designate a substitute to temporarily perform the functions of that Project Leader by prior written notice to the other Party.

  • Project Plan Based on the Project Specifications, Omnicare CR has provided a description of services to be performed for Sponsor’s “A multi-center, randomized, double-blind, double-dummy, vehicle-controlled sequential cohort study to determine the safety of PEP005 0.025% and 0.05% topical gel in patients with actinic keratoses” (hereinafter “the Project”) and associated costs. Changes made in the Project scope, at any time during the Project, will result in a corresponding adjustment to the Project costs.

  • Projects 3.3.1 Exult Supplier shall perform the impact analysis as described in Section 4.
