Emergency Meeting. ‌ Upon expiry of the trial period or suspension outlined in Clause 21.2, an emergency board/staff meeting will be held. This emergency board/staff meeting will decide whether to dismiss or reinstate the employee.

Emergency Meeting. An “emergency meeting” is a special meeting held as a result of unforeseen circumstances, to consider matters of an urgent or emergency nature.
