PROJECT SCOPE AND WORK PLAN. Grantee shall perform the Project in strict accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract and all provisions of the Work Plan, including any special conditions, set forth in Attachment A. Grantee may request an amendment to the Work Plan or scope of the Project by submitting a written request and detailed justification to the Grant Administrator. If there are any costs included in the requested amendment that were not previously included in the Contract, Grantee is solely responsible for such costs it incurs while awaiting GLO approval. The Grant Administrator will inform Grantee in writing if the amendment request is approved.

Some amendments may require NOAA’s prior approval, which may cause significant delays.
