Promotion of Program. (a) During the term of this Agreement, Retailers agree to actively promote the Program including, without limitation, providing proper training to their respective employees in the use and marketing of the Program to their customers. Without limiting the foregoing, prior to the expiration or termination of the Commitment Period, Retailers agree to expend at least XXXXXXXXXX Dollars ($XXXXXXX) for (i) point-of-sale promotional materials and store signage; and (ii) other marketing promotions which have been approved by Bank. Retailers shall provide Bank -with invoices and other documents establishing the amount of all such expenditures. A copy of this section with the portion intact has been filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission]
(b) Retailers shall include Program information and/or actual Credit Card Aplications and Credit Card Agreements in their general and specialized advertising brochures when deemed appropriate by the management of the Retailers. Retailers shall make Credit Card Applications and Credit Card Agreements to be used in connection with the Program prominently and conspicuously available at all Retailer Locations in such manner as is mutually agreed by Retailers and Bank PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that such Credit Card Applications and Credit Card Agreements need not be made available at any location from which Retailers make only mail order and catalog sales. No Account Documentation shall be publicly distributed or disseminated without the prior written consent of Retailers and Bank; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that Bank reserves the right to make or require Retailers to make any change in the Account Documentation as may in Bank's reasonable judgment be required by or appropriate to comply with, any applicable law, rule or regulation. In the event any Retailer proceeds with promoting or offering any billing or credit terms, insurance or other products for use with any Credit Card without prior written approval by Bank, Retailers shall indemnify Bank for any and all Losses arising from such materials or program. Retailers may not, without Bank's prior written consent,
Promotion of Program. In accordance with the Marketing Plan, the Company and the Bank shall cooperate with each other and actively support and promote the Program to both existing and potential Cardholders.
Promotion of Program. Merchant shall actively promote the Program. To the extent Merchant displays materials for credit or charge cards issued by other parties, it shall display the advertising and promotional materials relating to the Card in a manner and with a frequency equal to or greater than that accorded any other third party credit or charge card. Merchant shall prominently display at each of its locations, if appropriate, advertising and promotional materials relating to the Card, including, without limitation, take-one applications for the Card and use or display such materials in accordance with any specifications mutually agreed to by HSBC and Merchant. Such materials shall be used only for the purpose of soliciting accounts for the Program. Any solicitation, written material, advertising or the like relating to the credit terms and credit products offered pursuant to the Program shall receive HSBC’s prior review and written approval. If HSBC prepares any such material at Merchant’s request, HSBC will charge Merchant and Merchant agrees to pay for any such material. Such review and approval by HSBC shall be limited to the review and approval of the credit terms and credit products and shall not be construed as review or approval of any advertising or solicitation materials for any other purpose or for compliance with any provisions of any local, state or federal advertising laws not related to credit terms or credit products. Following termination of this Agreement, Merchant shall not use any such materials.
Promotion of Program. In accordance with the Marketing Plan, the NMG Companies and Bank shall cooperate with each other and actively support and promote the Program to both existing and potential Cardholders.

Promotion of Program. (a) In accordance with the Marketing Plans, Household Bank and the Saks Companies shall cooperate with each other and actively support and promote the Program and promote Credit Cards to Cardholders, both existing and potential, in order to encourage the acquisition and usage of Accounts by Cardholders.
(b) On the Closing Date and each one year anniversary thereof occurring prior to the termination of this Agreement, Household Bank shall pay to the Company a marketing contribution (the “Marketing Contribution”) equal to (i) $3,000,000 multiplied by the CPI Adjustment plus (ii) 0.14% multiplied by the LTM Net Volume. The Company shall use the Marketing Contribution for the marketing of the Credit Card Business.
Promotion of Program. (a) Retailer agrees to promote the Program, including providing training to appropriate employees regarding compliance with the Operating Procedures for the Card Program, the Operating Procedures for the Load Program and the operation of Retailer’s electronic communication system with Bank.
(b) Retailer shall display and make available, at all Participating Stores, Temporary Prepaid Cards to be used in connection with the Program. Subject to Bank’s approval, Retailer shall determine the manner in which the Temporary Prepaid Cards will be displayed to promote the Program, provided that (i) in no event shall [***] be [***] or [***] (A) [***], or (B) [***], and (ii) at a minimum, [***] with [***], shall be [***] and [***] at [***] as set forth [***], and, thereafter, shall be [***] and [***] within Participating Stores in a commercially reasonable manner and in compliance with the requirements of Schedule 7.1. Retailer will use good faith *** Confidential material redacted and filed separately with the Commission efforts to ensure that all materials provided to customers are the correct and most recent materials provided by Bank. No Prepaid Card Documentation shall be publicly distributed or disseminated without the prior written consent of Bank. Retailer may not, without Bank’s prior written consent, use Bank’s name or logo type (or the name or logo type of any Affiliate of Bank) in any advertisement, press release or promotional materials. Bank’s prior written approval of any terms for any promotion is not intended to be and will not be construed to be an approval of any materials used in advertising or solicitation participation in such promotions other than with respect to such approved terms.
(c) Bank agrees to develop [***] for the [***] to be included in certain decline letters issued under the Consumer Credit Card Program as the parties may mutually agree upon. The cost of producing such inserts shall be paid [***].
(d) Retailer will comply with the security procedures with respect to storage, display and activation of Temporary Prepaid Cards as set forth in Schedule 7.3(d).
Promotion of Program. In accordance with the Marketing Plan, Bank and the Macy’s Companies shall cooperate with each other and actively support and promote the Program to both existing and potential Cardholders.
