PROMOTION OF SERVICES. 4.1. AtoZ will provide all materials to be distributed to the Superintendent or designee, who shall review and approve all materials to ensure compliance with Board Policy 1325. Content must be focused on the AtoZ program(s) for youth conducted for School District students as established by the MOU. SBUSD staff reserves the right to approve or reject material for distribution at our discretion. 4.2. Such printed notice must be submitted to the Superintendent or designee for prior approval at least two weeks prior to distribution. If approved, a flier must be translated, copied, and bundled according to school specifications by AtoZ. 4.3. PROMOTION OF SERVICESSupplier will not promote, via e-mail, presentations, press releases, or any other medium, their provision of Services to HP or on behalf of HP under this SOW without written agreement from HP. HP shall have no obligation to promote Services under this agreement.
PROMOTION OF SERVICES. Optum shall promote the Fitness Passport Program to Eligible Members through the Optum Web site, marketing and sales brochures, and other distribution channels designated by Optum, including but not limited to telephone and email communications. Optum shall be responsible for the design and production of any such materials and the design and maintenance of the Optum Web site.

PROMOTION OF SERVICES. 2.8.1 The Company will promote and communicate its services, activities and benefits in appropriate ways that are aligned with the overall CIB Strategy Where possible and appropriate in the circumstances, the Company will promote services and activities to ensure that the broader organisation (Money Advice and Budgeting Services, Citizens Information Services, Citizens Information Phone Service, the National Advocacy Service, National Traveller MABS, SLIS) is known among all key stakeholders. Both parties will ensure that communications clearly support the advancement of CIB Strategic Plan 2012-2015.

PROMOTION OF SERVICES. GTP shall use reasonable efforts to; (i) source, train, and certify engineers and consultants to support Service Program requirements; (ii) comply with good business practices and all applicable laws and regulations, and (iii) diligently perform all other duties, including the GTP Services, as mutually agreed upon herein.
