Promotional Discounts and Rebates Sample Clauses

If during the Contract period there should be a decrease in the price of the items bid, a corresponding decrease shall be made to the District for as long as the price reduction is in effect, but at no time shall the prices charged to the District exceed not-to-exceed amount of this Agreement. Manufacturers may offer rebates directly to the District as an incentive to use their products (as opposed to rebates from manufacturers to the successful bidder).
