Promotional Review Sample Clauses

The Promotional Review clause establishes the process and criteria for evaluating and approving promotional materials or activities related to a product or service. Typically, this clause requires one party to submit proposed advertisements, marketing collateral, or public communications for review and approval by the other party before public release. For example, a manufacturer may need to obtain written consent from a brand owner before launching a new advertising campaign.
