Promotions and Demotions. Whenever a vacancy occurs under the Unit "A", or Collective Agreements, a part-time member who has completed probationary period may apply for the position. If no suitable applicant is found the Board may fill the vacancy with a part-time member as the need maybe, who has not completed probationary period.
