  • Payment Terms DXC agrees to pay Supplier the undisputed amount of an invoice within ninety (90) days after the receipt of a valid, complete and properly documented invoice. Any prompt payment discount will be calculated from the date a conforming invoice is received by DXC. Payment will be in U.S. currency unless otherwise stated. Payment will not constitute acceptance of Products and/or Services or impair DXC’s right to inspect.   • PROMPT PAYMENT POLICY In accordance with Chapter 2251, V.T.C.A., Texas Government Code, payment to Engineer will be made within thirty (30) days of the day on which the performance of services was complete, or within thirty (30) days of the day on which the County Auditor receives a correct invoice for services, whichever is later. Engineer may charge a late fee (fee shall not be greater than that which is permitted by Texas law) for payments not made in accordance with this prompt payment policy; however, this policy does not apply in the event:

  • Prompt Payment Clause Payment will be made in accordance with, and within the time specified in, Government Code Chapter 4.5, commencing with Section 927.

  • Price; Payment Terms Prices for the Goods and/or Services will be set out in the applicable Order. Price increases or charges not expressly set out in the Purchase Order shall not be effective unless agreed to in advance in writing by Xxxxx. Supplier will issue all invoices on a timely basis. All invoices delivered by Supplier must meet Buyer’s requirements, and at a minimum shall reference the applicable Purchase Order. Buyer will pay the undisputed portion of properly rendered invoices thirty-five (35) days from the invoice date. Buyer shall have the right to withhold payment of any invoiced amounts that are disputed in good faith until the parties reach an agreement with respect to such disputed amounts and such withholding of disputed amounts shall not be deemed a breach of this Agreement nor shall any interest be charged on such amounts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xxxxx agrees to pay the balance of the undisputed amounts on any invoice that is the subject of any dispute within the time periods specified herein.
