Prompt Presentation. The employee shall discuss his or her grievance with his or her immediate supervisor within ten (10) working days after the act or omission of management causing the grievance, or within ten (10) working days of when the employee, with the exercise of reasonable diligence, should have discovered the act or omission being grieved.
Prompt Presentation. The employee shall discuss the grievance with an immediate supervisor promptly after (i.e., when grievant knew or should have known) the act or omission of management caused the grievance.
