Property Reimbursement Claims. The COMMITTEE will reimburse a teacher for any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed in the course of his employment due to assault and battery, faulty equipment, or vandalism up to seventy-five dollars ($75.00), and provided said teacher is not covered by private insurance and subrogated his or her rights of legal redress to the COMMITTEE.

Property Reimbursement Claims. The COMMITTEE will reimburse an employee for any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed in the course of his employment due to assault and battery, faulty equipment, or vandalism up to three hundred dollars ($300), provided said employee is not covered by private insurance or subrogated his or her rights of legal redress to the COMMITTEE and notified the COMMITTEE in writing to the Superintendent of the damage within forty-eight (48) hours of the incident.

  • Personal Property Reimbursement Employees shall, in proper cases, be reimbursed for the repair or replacement of personal property damaged in the line of duty without fault of the employee. The amount of reimbursement for articles of clothing shall be the depreciated value based on the age and condition of the article. Reimbursement for a watch shall be limited to the functional value of the watch.

  • DEPENDENT CARE REIMBURSEMENT ACCOUNT During the term of this MOU, Management agrees to maintain a Dependent Care Reimbursement Account (DCRA), qualified under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, for active employees who are members of LACERS, provided that sufficient enrollment is maintained to continue to make the account available. Enrollment in the DCRA is at the discretion of each employee. All contributions into the DCRA and related administrative fees shall be paid by employees who are enrolled in the plan. As a qualified Section 129 Plan, the DCRA shall be administered according to the rules and regulations specified for such plans by the Internal Revenue Service.
