Property Responsibility. In no case will Sounds of Music be responsible for theft, loss or damage to Exhibitor’s product or display booth while exhibiting at show. Exhibitor agrees that it is wholly responsible for protecting its personal property on show premises. Exhibitors remain solely liable for the safety of their exhibits and all xxxxxxx, draperies or other fabrics must be fireproofed before use in the decoration of any exhibit. Displays must adhere to all local, state, and federal laws and fire regulations. Sounds of Music reserves the right to prohibit or remove any display deemed to be inappropriate or not in the best interest of the Bridal Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to secure their exhibits and products and insure their property from the time it leaves their store or warehouse until it returns, at their own expense.

Property Responsibility. User is solely responsible for property stored in the assigned locker and for properly securing all property stored therein. User is responsible for informing the Recreational Sports Department of any changes in his/her permanent mailing address, email address and telephone number. The Recreational Sports Department is not responsible or liable for any property stored in the assigned locker or for the theft or damage of any property stored in the locker, including locks placed on the locker. User is responsible for removing all property no later than the last day of this Agreement and hereby authorizes the Recreational Sports Department to cut any lock left on the locker at the time the Agreement terminates. Any property remaining in the locker upon expiration of this Agreement shall be deemed abandoned and will be disposed of in accordance with the University of North Texas abandoned property policy in effect on the date the property is deemed abandoned. If items are left in a locker after the expiration date, Rec Sports will clear the locker, bag the items and will store the property for 30 days. It is the responsibility of the user to clear your locker by the expiration date.
Property Responsibility. The Fieldside Neighborhood Association, Inc. and the Charles County Sheriff’s Office do not accept liability for the personal property of the permit holder. All personal belongings must be removed from the premises at the conclusion of the reserved time period. It is agreed to by the parties that the COUNTY’s Project Manager will decide all questions, difficulties, or disputes, of whatever nature, which may arise relative to the interpretation of the plans, construction, prosecution and fulfillment of the Scope of Services, and as to the character, quality, amount and value of any work done, and materials furnished, under or by reason of this Agreement. The COUNTY’s Project Manager may appoint representatives as desired that will be authorized to inspect all work done and all materials furnished.

  • Environmental Responsibility 44.1 GTE and DTI agree to comply with applicable federal, state and local environmental and safety laws and regulations including U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations issued under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act and the Toxic Substances Control Act and OSHA regulations issued under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
