Property Return. Consultant further agrees that at the completion of his services for the Company, or at an earlier time upon demand by the Company, the Consultant will deliver to the Company any and all drawings, notes, memoranda, specifications, technical data, and documents containing or disclosing any of the information or materials resulting from his services as defined herein and in the Consultant's possession during and at the termination of his services for the Company.
Property Return. Whether You enter into this Agreement or not, not later than the Separation Date, You must return to Jabil all property in Your possession, custody or control which was obtained from Jabil or from any of its customers/potential customers, vendors/potential vendors, merger/acquisition candidates, employees, contractors or consultants including but not limited to the originals and all copies of any documents, files, data or information (returned unaltered and unencrypted), notebooks, access cards, credit cards, passwords and file-access methods / protocols, computers / laptops / PDAs (including all software and peripherals), cell phones, and mobile computing devices, in any tangible, electronic or other form (“Property”). Upon Jabil’s request, You must promptly return all Property at any time prior to the Separation Date. Jabil, in its sole discretion, may delay any payment otherwise due to You under this Agreement until You have complied with this Section; and notwithstanding such delay, You shall remain bound by Your other obligations in this Agreement.

Upon any termination of the Employment Relationship for any rea- son, the Employee will preserve intact and promptly deliver to the Company all originals and all copies of all Company Materials, as well as all other property of Company or any other Company Group Member, that are in the Employee's possession, custody, or con- trol.

Property Return. 10. 1 Within one day from the expiration of the lease term or the termination of this contract, Party B shall promptly vacate and move out of the leased house, and return the house and auxiliary facilities to Party A. If Party B fails to empty or move out of the house within the agreed time, and cannot contact Party B, the parties agree to deal with the following methods: √Party A has the right to treat all items left in the leased house as waste. □Party B provides an emergency contact person. If the emergency contact person of Party B has not emptied the house within days after receiving the notice, Party A has the right to treat all items left in the leased house as waste. □Party A entrusts a third-party custody company to keep the leftovers on its behalf, and Party B shall bear the cost of custody. □Party A disposes of the leftovers by □auction/□sale, and keeps the proceeds on behalf of Party B. □Other.
Property Return. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to return all of XXXXXXXX’X property, equipment, keys, books, records and any and all other documents relating to XXXXXXXX which may be in XXXXXXXXXX’ possession, effective immediately.

Employee shall destroy personal copies of such property and shall not use or transfer same to others.

When an Amdocs Personnel assignment ends for any reason, voluntary or involuntary, Amdocs will ensure all Sprint-Owned Property in Amdocs Personnel possession is returned to Sprint [**].
