Proportional Billing. The County employs proportional billing practices when invoicing jurisdictions for Services. Attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference is an explanation of the County’s proportional billing practices. Commensurate with these practices, the City shall be invoiced only its proportionate share of the applicable Fees and Costs, as defined in Section 6.2 below, for a City Inmate under either of the following circumstances:

Proportional Billing. The parties intend to develop a system of proportional billing which will divide the costs of incarceration between two or more jurisdictions where multiple jurisdictions have a hold on a City Inmate. The parties agree to negotiate, in good faith, in an attempt to develop such a system.

  • Proportionate Amounts Each partial assignment shall be made as an assignment of a proportionate part of all the assigning Lender’s rights and obligations under this Agreement with respect to the Loan or the Commitment assigned.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • PROPORTIONATE SHARE If the Premises are a part of a multiple tenancy complex, the responsibility of the Lessee for costs are determined by taking a percentage of the total cost of the expenses based upon the rentable floor space in said complex occupied by the Lessee. It is agreed that the Premises is [%] ("Proportionate Share") of the total floor space in the building. The Lessor may, with notice to the Lessee, elect to perform and provide certain maintenance and services pertaining to the entire building or area of which the Premises are a part, including, but not limited to, landscaping, trash removal, lawn maintenance, common area lighting, watering, paving maintenance, and snow removal. In such event, the Lessee shall reimburse the Lessor for its Proportionate Share of such maintenance services. Within ninety (90) days following the end of each year during the Term, the Lessor shall furnish the Lessee with a written statement covering the lease year just expired (measured from the Commencement Date), showing in reasonable detail a general breakdown of the total operating costs, the amount of the Lessee's obligation relating thereto, and the total payments made by the Lessee. The Lessee agrees to conduct its business in a lawful and legal manner, and in a way that provides quiet enjoyment to the rest of the Lessees in the complex, including, but not limited to, mitigation and limitation of noise, vibration, odor, trash, or fumes. In the event the Lessor receives complaints from other Lessees in the building or complex and determines, in its sole reasonable judgment, that the Lessee is conducting its operations in a manner so as to be objectionable to other Lessees, the Lessee shall, upon notice from the Lessor, promptly modify its operations to eliminate such objections.

  • Monthly Billing The electric service charge shall be computed in accordance with the monthly billing in the applicable standard service tariff. Customers receiving electric service under residential and small nonresidential schedules 1, 2, 3, 15, 23 or 23B shall be financially credited for such net energy with a cumulative kilowatt-hour credit. The credit will be deducted from the customer’s kilowatt-hour usage on the customer’s next monthly bill thus offsetting the customer’s next monthly bill at the full retail rate of the customer’s rate schedule. Customers receiving electric service under large nonresidential schedules 6, 6A, 6B, 8 or 10 must elect a compensation method to receive cumulative credits for the upcoming annualized billing period from one of the following options (large nonresidential customers must initial desired credit election): an average energy price, a seasonally differentiated energy price, or an average retail rate.

  • Direct Expenses 1. Fees and expenses of its directors (including the fees of those directors who are deemed to be "interested persons" of the Fund as that term is defined in the Investment Company Act of 1940) and the meetings thereof;

  • Shift Differentials A shift differential of thirty-five cents ($.35) per hour shall be paid for shifts starting between 2:00 p.m. and 9:59 p.m. for employees regularly assigned to such shifts. A shift differential of forty-five cents ($.45) per hour shall be paid for shifts starting between 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. for employees regularly assigned to such shifts. The differential provided herein shall be part of base pay for overtime pay and other purposes. Employees at the Maine State Prison who are regularly assigned to the 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. shift are to be paid a shift differential of forty-five cents ($.45) per hour. Employees of mental health and correctional facilities shall be eligible for the second shift differential when their shift begins between 12:00 noon and 4:59 p.m.

  • Supervisory Differential Adjustment 99. The Appointing Officer may adjust the compensation of a supervisory employee whose schedule of compensation is set herein subject to the following conditions:
