Proposal Evaluation and Contract Award Process. An award of a contract to provide the goods or services specified herein will be made using competitive sealed proposals, in accordance with Chapter 252 of the Texas Local Government Code and with the City’s purchasing policy. The City will evaluate all proposals to determine which proposers are reasonably qualified for the award of the contract, applying the anticipated evaluation factors and emphasis to be placed on each factor as identified in the Scope of Services. The City may, at its option, conduct discussions with or accept proposal revisions from any reasonably qualified proposer. The City reserves the right to determine which proposal will be most advantageous to the City.

A variety of factors may be used in the evaluation of the submitted proposals for this project. The City may, at its option, conduct discussions with or accept proposal revisions from any reasonably qualified proposer. Discussions may not be initiated by offerors. These discussions will be limited to issues and topics brought forth by the City. Any attempt by proposer or vendor at deviating from the issues and topics to discuss other issues and topics concerning the Proposal brought forth by the City of Galveston shall be grounds for disqualification. Vendors shall not contact any City of Galveston personnel during the proposal process without the express permission from the City’s Purchasing Supervisor.

  • ANNUAL MASTER CONTRACT SALES REPORT Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by MS Excel.

  • Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant-assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.

  • Annual Evaluation The Partnership will be evaluated on an annual basis through the use of the Strategic Partnership Annual Evaluation Format as specified in Appendix C of OSHA Instruction CSP 00-00-000, OSHA Strategic Partnership Program for Worker Safety and Health. Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx will be responsible for gathering required participant data to evaluate and track the overall results and success of the Partnership. This data will be shared with OSHA. OSHA will be responsible for writing and submitting the annual evaluation.

  • Job Evaluation Plan (a) The Employer agrees that no job evaluation plan pertaining to positions covered by this Agreement will be introduced without the mutual agreement of the Parties.

  • Student Evaluation A. All unit members shall be subject to student evaluations each semester in each course taught.

  • BID EVALUATION AND AWARD 13.1 The electronic signature shall be considered an offer on the part of the Bidder. Such offer shall be deemed accepted upon issuance by the Owners of purchase orders, contract award notifications, or other contract documents appropriate to the work.

  • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Xxxxxxxxxx County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following:

  • Annual Evaluations The purpose of the annual evaluation is to assess and communicate the nature and extent of an employee's performance of assigned duties consistent with the criteria specified below in this Policy. Except for those employees who have received notice of non-reappointment pursuant to the BOT- UFF Policy on Non- reappointment, every employee shall be evaluated at least once annually. Personnel decisions shall take such annual evaluations into account, provided that such decisions need not be based solely on written faculty performance evaluations.

  • Using Student feedback in Educator Evaluation ESE will provide model contract language, direction and guidance on using student feedback in Educator Evaluation by June 30, 2013. Upon receiving this model contract language, direction and guidance, the parties agree to bargain with respect to this matter.

  • Award Procedures 8.1. The Award Procedures may be invoked by any Framework Public Body and Call-off Contracts may be entered into at any time during the period of the Framework Agreement.
