Prorated Charges. Should Fairchild terminate any order prior to process completion, Fairchild shall be charged a prorated portion of the full price of such Masks subject to a negotiated adjustment, based on the process termination point, including handling incurred by Samsung in processing the total quantity started.
Prorated Charges. All periodic Charges under this Agreement (excluding Charges based upon actual usage or consumption of Services) will be computed on a calendar month basis, and will be prorated for any partial month.
Prorated Charges. The following charges shall be prorated on a per diem basis and apportioned between Sellers, on the one hand, and Purchaser, on the other, as of the Closing Date: property Taxes, utility charges, license and permit fees, and similar charges imposed with respect to the Acquired Assets (collectively, the “Prorated Charges”), but only to the extent that prepaid assets related thereto are not reflected in Target Working Capital, as the same may be adjusted in the Final Working Capital Statement. GP shall be liable for (and shall reimburse Purchaser to the extent Purchaser shall have paid) that portion of the Prorated Charges relating to, or arising in respect of, periods ending on or prior to the Closing Date, and Purchaser shall be liable for (and shall reimburse GP to the extent either Seller shall have paid) that portion of the Prorated Charges relating to, or arising in respect of, all periods after the Closing Date but only to the extent that prepaid assets related thereto are not reflected in Target Working Capital, as same may be adjusted in the Final Working Capital Statement.
Prorated Charges. If the Responsible Party contracts for Pacific Housing Accommodations for less than a full Term, or if Student is released by Pacific from this Agreement including as a result of a termination of the Agreement under Section 6 below for a cause other than Responsible Parties’ breach of this Agreement, Responsible Parties agrees to pay charges according to the following rules:
a. Except as set forth in Section 5(b) below, Student agrees to pay all applicable housing fees and costs (as described in Section 4, “Housing Fees and Costs”) on a prorated scale based on the number of days of occupancy. Subject to Pacific’s termination of the agreement, dining fee/meal plans will be refunded based on the balance of actual dining points used during the time this Agreement was in force and effect.
b. If Student checks-in or signs-up within the first seven (7) days of the Term, Student agrees to pay housing and dining fees from the first day of the Term. If Student officially checks-out during the last twelve days of the Term, Student agrees to pay housing and dining fees through the last day of the academic semester.
Prorated Charges. If the Responsible Party contracts for a Pacific Housing Assignment for less than a full Term, or if Student is released by Pacific from this Agreement including as a result of a termination of the Agreement under Section 6 below for a cause other than Responsible Parties’ breach of this Agreement, Responsible Parties agree to pay charges according to the following rules:
a. Except as set forth in Section 5(b) below, Student agrees to pay all applicable housing fees and costs (as described in Section 4, “Housing Fees and Costs”) on a prorated scale based on the number of days of occupancy. Where applicable, student dining plans will be prorated based on usage or number of days of occupancy, whichever is greater.
b. If Student checks-in or signs-up within the first fourteen (14) days of the Term, Student agrees to pay any housing and dining fees from the first day of the Term. If Student officially checks-out during the last fourteen (14) days of the Term, Student agrees to pay housing and dining fees, if applicable, through the last day of the academic year.

Prorated Charges. Such costs incurred by Service Company in connection with rendering Services to Client Company as cannot be identified and related to a particular transaction will be charged to Client Company in a fair and equitable manner as set forth in the SCS Cost Accountability and Control Manual which is incorporated herein by reference. The Service Company may revise the SCS Cost Accountability and Control Manual from time to time, subject to the approval of the Client Company and to any necessary regulatory approval, and the revised SCS Cost Accountability and Control Manual shall be incorporated herein by reference upon the effective date of the revisions.
Prorated Charges. Landlord shall have the right to charge Tenant for its use of electricity in the Premises based upon one of two methods, at Landlord's sole discretion. If Landlord elects to install and can feasibly install separate checkmeters on a floor by floor basis, Landlord shall charge Tenant for its share of electricity charges attributable to each floor of the Building based upon the ratio of the rentable square footage in the portion of the Premises on each floor to the total non-retail rentable square feet of space on such floor ("FLOOR PERCENTAGE SHARE"). Tenant shall pay its Floor Percentage Share of electricity charges attributable to such meter(s), as additional rent hereunder, within ten (10) days of receipt of Landlord's invoice therefor.
Prorated Charges. If during the billing period the Customer enters a higher payment band (as listed on xxx.XxxxxxxxxxXX.xxx/xxxxxxx) by adding more Key Roles, the Customer will be required to pay and automatically be charged a prorated amount (amount being the price difference of their previous payment band and the new payment band) from the date the higher payment band is entered until the next annual billing date.
