Prorated Plainclothes Reimbursement. The Employer agrees to a plainclothes clothing reimbursement of $500.00 per year. It is understood that this is a “reimbursement” program, not a clothing allowance and will be prorated with $250.00 paid in the first installment, then $125.00 in the 6 month installment and the final $125.00 in the 9 month installment.
