Proration of Partial, Extended Contract Salaries. The above salary schedule applies only to Employees employed full time. The salary of a part-time Employee will be pro-rated by the time fraction defining that portion of the time he/she is employed. The Calendar defines the number of days (D) in the contract year. If an Employee works less than a contract year, his salary will be pro-rated by the factor N/D where N is the number of days worked. If an Employee is employed beyond the contract year, the same factor will be applied.
