Protective Wear. (a) The College shall provide adequate rainwear for employees in the grounds and maintenance departments. (b) The College shall provide regular employees who work in tool-cribs, grounds, shipping/receiving, including bookstore receivers, xxxx’x training and maintenance, with adequate safety footwear up to a non-accumulative maximum of one hundred and twenty dollars ($120.00) annually, plus taxes.
