Provide for the A-E’s and the Owner s review and acceptance, a project schedule that coordinates the Contractor’s services, the A-E services and the Owner’s responsibilities with anticipated construction schedules. During the design process, a preliminary project schedule shall be developed and updated to indicate proposed activities, dependencies, duration’s, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, submittal of a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal, preparation and processing of shop drawings, samples and delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement. If preliminary project dates previously approved are found to be inaccurate, the Contractor will make appropriate recommendations to the Project Director and A-E.
