Provincial Committee Leave Clause Samples

The Provincial Committee Leave clause establishes the right of employees to take leave from work in order to participate in activities or meetings related to a provincial committee. Typically, this clause outlines the eligibility criteria for such leave, the process for requesting it, and any limitations on its duration or frequency. For example, an employee who is a member of a provincial education committee may be granted time off to attend official meetings without penalty. The core function of this clause is to ensure that employees can fulfill their civic or professional duties on provincial committees without jeopardizing their employment or benefits.
