Common use of Provincial Medical Plan Clause in Contracts

Provincial Medical Plan. Effective the first day of the month after the employee completes their probationary period, eligible employees (as identified in Article 23.4[a][3]) will be enrolled in the basic provincial medical plan for the employee and their families. The Employer will pay 100% of the premium.

Provincial Medical Plan. Effective the first day of the month after the employee completes their probationary period, eligible employees (( as identified in Article 23.4[a][323.4[c]) will be enrolled in the basic provincial medical plan for the employee and their families. The Employer will pay 100% of the premium.
