Provision of Evidence. Evidence of the insurance coverage required to be maintained by Contractor, represented by certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance consistent with the requirements of Chapter 1811 of the Texas Insurance Code, and endorsements issued by the insurance company or its legal agent, must be furnished to SJRA not later than 15 days prior to commencement of Work. New certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements shall be provided to SJRA prior to the termination date of the current certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements.
Provision of Evidence. Evidence of the insurance coverage required to be maintained by NAI, represented by certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements issued by the insurance company or its legal agent, must be furnished to BNPPLC prior to the Completion Date. New certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements will be provided to BNPPLC prior to or concurrent with the termination date of the current certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements.

Evidence of the insurance coverage required to be maintained by LRC, represented by certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements issued by the insurance company or its legal agent, must be furnished to BNPPLC prior to the Effective Date. New certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements will be provided to BNPPLC prior to or concurrent with the termination date of the current certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements.
Provision of Evidence. At Client’s written request, NTT will provide Client with evidence of those certifications relating to the processing of Personal Data, including applicable certifications or audit reports of its computing environment and physical data centers that it uses in processing Personal Data to provide the Services, so that Client can reasonably verify NTT’s compliance with its obligations under this DPA.
Provision of Evidence. 1. The requested Party shall, through the channels provided for in Article 3, transfer testimonial materials taken in the investigation and taking of evidence.
2. The requested Party may transfer the certified copies or photocopies of the record or documents requested to be provided by The requesting Party. However, when the requesting Party expressly requires the transfer of the originals, the requested Party shall meet the requirement to the extent possible.
3. The requested Party shall transfer the objects that the requesting Party requires to be provided as evidence. Such transfer, however, shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights of the requested Party or the third party related with these objects.
4. If the above-mentioned documents, records or objects are indispensable for the criminal prosecutions of other pending cases in the territories Party, the requested Party may temporarily postpone their provision. The requested Party should, however, duly inform the requesting Party of the reasons for the postponement.
Provision of Evidence. Evidence of the insurance coverage required to be maintained by Tenant, represented by original certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance and endorsements issued by the insurance company or its legal agent, must be furnished to Landlord no later than two (2) days after execution of this Lease. New certificates of insurance, evidence of insurance, and endorsements shall be provided to Landlord at least thirty (30) days prior to the termination date of the then-current certificates
Provision of Evidence.
