Personal Complaints. Any complaint regarding a secretary made to any member of the administration by any person, regardless of the form in which the complaint was made, will be called to the attention of the secretary, in writing, provided that the complaint is not subject to criminal investigation.
Personal Complaints. If an individual teacher has a personal complaint, which he/she desires to discuss with a supervisor, he/she is free to do so without recourse to the grievance procedure. However, no grievance shall be adjusted without prior notification to the Association and opportunity for the Association representative to be present, nor shall any adjustment of a grievance be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement or of the rules and regulations as set forth by the Board.
