Personal Complaints. ‌ A personal complaint is a claim based upon an event or condition affecting the welfare and/or terms and conditions of employment of a teacher or group of teachers and not related to alleged violations of the CBA. A personal complaint may be processed, if necessary, through Step III of the grievance procedure in Article Ill, Section C.
Personal Complaints. Any complaint regarding a secretary made to any member of the administration by any person, regardless of the form in which the complaint was made, will be called to the attention of the secretary, in writing, provided that the complaint is not subject to criminal investigation.

In the administration of the grievance procedure, the interests of the teacher shall be the sole responsibility of the Association.

  • Anonymous Complaints When an anonymous complaint, where the complaint, if true, would not or could not lead to criminal charges, is made against a member and no corroborative evidence is obtained through a prompt investigation by management, the complaint shall be classified as unfounded. No disciplinary action may be brought as the result of unfounded complaints.

  • Customer Complaints Each party hereby agrees to promptly provide to the other party copies of any written or otherwise documented complaints from customers of Dealer received by such party relating in any way to the Offering (including, but not limited to, the manner in which the Shares are offered by the Dealer Manager or Dealer), the Shares or the Company.

The Operator shall comply with the Patient Concerns Resolution Process in Schedule “D”, Appendix 5.
