Provisional Unit Members Initial Appointment. The administrator will complete the Bi-Annual Report forms prior to the midpoint of the first year of employment and prior to the conclusion of the first year of employment. The University shall exercise its best effort to complete an APA Annual Performance Narrative with the administrator initially appointed to a unit position pursuant to the provisions of Article VIII both at the mid-point and prior to the end of their provisional period of service. Promotion to a Different Position Administrators promoted pursuant to Article VIII, Section A(2), from within the unit to the positions of Director or Assistant Dean or administratoxx xromoted to an administrative area different from the administrative area of their prior assignment shall complete Bi- Annual Report forms prior to the midpoint of the first year of employment and prior to the conclusion of the provisional period of service. A Performance Narrative Form will be reviewed with each administrator prior to the conclusion of the provisional period of service. All other administrators promoted to a different position within the bargaining unit pursuant to Article VIII, Section A(2), shall complete a Bi-Annual Report Form; an Annual Performance Narrative Form will be reviewed with the administrator prior to the end of their provisional period of service.

  • Initial Appointment Upon initial appointment, a bargaining unit employee shall be issued a letter of offer, signed by the xxxx/director, citing specific terms and conditions of employment and his or her initial assignment of responsibilities. The University may enclose informational addenda, except that such addenda may not abridge the employee's rights or benefits provided in the BOT-UFF Agreement or BOT- UFF Policies. All academic year appointments for employees at a University shall begin on the same date. Two weeks prior to the beginning of classes each semester, the University shall send to the UFF Chapter a list of bargaining unit employees hired since the beginning of the previous semester, showing name; rank or title; department, college, program or employment unit; salary; and principal place of employment (campus). The initial letter of offer shall contain the following elements:

  • Non-Promotive Appointment 254. An employee or officer who is a permanent appointee following completion of the probationary period or 2,080 hours of permanent service, and who accepts a non-promotive appointment in a classification having the same salary grade, or a lower salary grade, the appointee shall enter the new position at that salary step which is the same as that received in the prior appointment, or if the salary steps do not match, then the salary step which is immediately in excess of that received in the prior appointment, provided that such salary shall not exceed the maximum of the salary grade. Further increments shall be based upon the seniority increment anniversary date in the prior appointment.

  • Initial Appointments The Company appoints the Trustee as the initial Paying Agent, the initial Registrar and the initial Conversion Agent.

  • Provisional Appointment An employee with provisional status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such a provisional appointment.

  • Additional Members One or more additional members may be admitted to the Company with the consent of the Member. Prior to the admission of any such additional members to the Company, the Member shall amend this Agreement to make such changes as the Member shall determine to reflect the fact that the Company shall have such additional members. Each additional member shall execute and deliver a supplement or counterpart to this Agreement, as necessary.

  • Unit Members Whenever used in this Agreement, the term “Employee” shall mean all classroom teachers (pre- K-12), counselors, librarians (and/or their successor job title and/or classification), psychologists, social workers, home and hospital teachers, department heads, master teachers, academic coaches, instructional associates, instructional support teachers, educational associates, speech/language speech-language pathologists, audiologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, facilitators, consulting teachers, IEP Team Associates, pupil personnel worker, teacher – mentor, teacher – staff developer, and art, music and physical education resource teachers.

  • DISTRIBUTION OF DISSOCIATING MEMBERS INTEREST Upon determination of the dissociating Members’ interest value, the value will be a debt of the Company. The dissociating Member will only be able to demand payment of this debt at dissolution of the Company or by the following method:

  • Term Appointments 16.3.4.1 A Term appointment carries no implication of renewal or continuation beyond the contractually limited term. A person holding a Term appointment may apply for a Probationary or Continuing appointment if such a position is available.

  • Method of Making Appointments In making staff changes, transfers or promotions, appointment shall be made of the applicant with the required knowledge, ability and skills, and where two (2) or more applicants are equally capable of fulfilling the duties of the position, seniority of years of service with the employer shall be the determining factor. The employees shall retain the right of appeal under the grievance procedure contained in this Agreement.

  • Initial Members The initial Members of the LLC, their initial capital contributions, and their percentage interest in the LLC are as follows: Members Percentage Interest in LLC Capital Contribution (If any)
