Vacant Routes. Routes of employees on long term leave (more than 6 calendar 30 weeks) route will be bid as vacant. When the employee returns to work, they will 31 be an UAR until they bid on another available route.
Vacant Routes. Routes that are created or become vacant after all bidding is completed 2 shall be filled in the following order:
Vacant Routes. ‌ Routes that remain unassigned as of the first day of school or an established route that becomes available after the regular school term has begun. All vacant routes shall be posted for bidding and remain posted for one (1) workweek at which time bidding shall be completed. This will continue to be posted until assigned to a Driver/Attendant at which time the name of the Driver/Attendant assigned the vacant route will be posted. Everything posted will be awarded. If no bidder, the posting will remain on the board until there is a bidder. If no bidder, the route shall be assigned to the least senior Driver/Attendant available.
Vacant Routes. Vacant routes shall be awarded to the senior qualified Owner Operator or Employee in that Dedicated Specific account. If the vacant route is not taken by an Owner Operator or Employee in that dedicated specific account the vacant route will be offered to Owner Operators and Employees outside of that dedicated specific account but within the classification and filled by the senior qualified Owner Operator or Employee utilizing classification seniority. If the vacant route is not taken by an Owner Operator or Employee within the classification, the vacant route will be offered to Owner Operators and Employees outside of that classification and filled by the senior qualified Owner Operator or Employee utilizing company seniority.
Vacant Routes. A route is vacant when there is no incumbent that is to say when: The contractor ceases to be engaged by the company;

  • Site Plan It is Licensee’s responsibility before signing this Agreement to ensure that the Site Plan correctly shows the work that Licensee intends to perform, that the Site Plan correctly shows all improvements and equipment that Licensee intends be located on the Use Areas, that the Site Plan shows no work, improvements or equipment outside the Exclusive Areas and Shared Areas properly depicted and labeled on the Boundary Plan, and that all work, improvements and equipment is encompassed within the purposes enumerated in the Standard Terms for that particular Exclusive Area or Shared Area. Any work, improvements or equipment not conforming to all the foregoing is prohibited, even if it is clearly shown on the Site Plan or discussed in the Standard Terms. Any refinement or other change to the Site Plan after Licensor executes this Agreement is void unless Licensee obtains Licensee’s approval of the change pursuant to the plans approval processes set out in the Standard Terms and pursuant to all applicable regulatory requirements.
