PSE Bulletin Boards. The University will establish bulletin boards or allocate space on existing bulletin boards for PSE Union communication. Material posted on the bulletin boards will be appropriate to the workplace, politically non-partisan, in compliance with state ethics laws and identified as Union literature. Union communications may not be posted in any other location on the campus.
