Psychiatrist Standby Duty - Compensation. Compensation for psychiatrists on standby duty will be as follows: Monday-Friday: (non-holiday) 2 hours CTO or pay each day for all non-work hours (5:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m. the following day). Monday-Friday: (holiday) 4 hours CTO or pay each day for any holiday that upon a week day. Saturday & Sunday: 4 hours CTO or pay for each day, 8:00 a.m.–8:00 a.m. the following day.
