Public Holidays on Day Off. a) When any of the named public holidays fall on an Employee’s scheduled day off, which is other than Saturday or Sunday, the Employee shall receive another day off with pay at a time mutually agreed upon between the Employee and the Employer, which shall be deemed to be the holiday for the purpose of this agreement.
