Leave for Collective Bargaining. The serving of notice on the Board requesting meetings as provided for in the Labour Code of British Columbia followed by notification from the Board’s Agent of the time and place of bargaining meetings will automatically excuse with pay the members of the Union negotiating committee.

Members of the Union bargaining team shall be permitted to attend bargaining meetings without loss of pay when scheduled during their regular shift.
