Except for the safe custody of any Collateral in its possession and the accounting for monies actually received by it under this Agreement, Purchaser shall have no duty as to any Collateral or as to the taking of any necessary steps to preserve rights against other parties or any other rights pertaining to any Collateral. Upon full and complete payment and performance of all of the Obligations under the Investment Documents, Purchaser shall release the Collateral of the Liens created and granted under this Agreement and, at Issuer’s expense, execute and deliver to Issuer such documents as Issuer shall reasonably request to evidence such release.

If modifications are necessary (including the removal of elbows or waterproofing walls) it is the Purchaser's responsibility and a firm whose business is installing and repairing gutters and downspouts or waterproofing should do the work.

Company, of any alleged imperfection of product and or product failure, requesting repair or replacement as promised by this warranty no later than 15 days after the Purchaser learns of such alleged failure within the respective warranty period. The above warranties shall be effective only for such time as the product is properly maintained, and under normal use and service.
