Any question arising under this Joint Commitment is specifically excluded from the grievance and arbitration procedure of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. A four-person committee (“the Commitment Committee”) consisting of two (2) from the CWA including the Vice – President District 1 or their designee and a representative CWA International or their designee and two (2) representatives of the Company including the Chairman of the Verizon New England Inc. Sales Bargaining Committee, or their designees, shall be formed to determine the best means of informing all employees of these mutual objectives, principles and values and to xxxxxx development of them among the Company’s employees and the Union’s representatives. This Commitment Committee shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising under this Joint Commitment.

At all workplaces covered by this Agreement, the parties are committed to implementing the best achievable levels of health and safety. The parties shall institute procedures for collecting information on the nature of hazards and incidence of injuries.
Joint Commitment. The impact of the rationalisation and improved cost-effectiveness of the mail centre network will result in a reduction in jobs and therefore, there is a joint commitment to the following: Early discussion on future mail centre reviews There will be active participation of managers and union representatives throughout with issues being dealt with at the appropriate level Project timetables must include sufficient time at all stages of the process to allow meaningful consultation, discussions and negotiations with the union to take place appropriately in line with this framework Ensuring employees’ views and concerns are taken into account. A shared understanding of Royal Mail’s overall mail centre strategy and as it develops A forecast timetable for all future mail centre network reviews/changes as it develops Where there is sensitive information that needs to remain in commercial confidence this will be explained at the time that it is shared and both parties undertake to abide by this protocol including where necessary signing a non-disclosure agreement

Joint Commitment. SEZP and SEA believe that collaboration is the process of working together to brainstorm, share, refine and implement new ideas in pursuit of a shared vision, while acknowledging and learning from different perspectives and behaving as equal partners. SEZP and SEA are committed to the structures outlined in this agreement and in jointly-created guidance documents that support and xxxxxx a culture of collaboration in each school and at the Zone level. We believe strong, consistent and sustained collaboration at all levels in the SEZP, including between SEZP and SEA leadership; and between teachers, school building reps, and school administrators results in better student performance outcomes and increases workplace satisfaction for educators and administrators. SEA and SEZP agree that one role of SEA and SEZP leadership is to support and guide school teams to build strong cultures of collaboration in support of student achievement. When there is sustained evidence that the culture of collaboration at a SEZP school has broken down, SEA and SEZP agree to implement a “collaborative support partnership team” process to work with members of the school faculty and administration. While either party can trigger a collaborative support partnership team process, the SEA and SEZP will jointly agree upon a process for such support before beginning work with an individual school. The support process will be time- bound and customized based on the needs of the school.

Neither you nor House Rooms will allow to be done, in or about the premises, anything whereby any insurance policy affected by the other, might be invalidated, or which might result in an increased premium, but will at all /mes use all proper precau/ons to prevent loss, or damage or harm by theS, fire or accident. You will be liable for and make good all loss or damage to the premises, its furnishings and fipngs, where such loss or damage is the result of your negligence or that of your colleagues or clients. Under no circumstances will we accept responsibility for loss or damage of property which may be brought or leS within the building. We have the right to dispose of any personal effects or other belongings leS on the premises beyond three months aSer the termina/on of this agreement, the costs of such disposal being the responsibility of the hirer. We will not be liable for any claim, loss or damage sustained by you as a result of us failing to provide consul/ng rooms or services by reason of force majeure, mechanical breakdown or other reason beyond our control, or due to the delay or failure of any of our directors and staff to perform their du/es. We will not accept responsibility for compensa/on in the event of loss or damage being suffered by the hirer or by any other person as a result of the failure, for whatever reason, of the ligh/ng, hea/ng, wifi network, or any other equipment on the premises. The hirer will indemnify House Rooms against all claims, demands, ac/ons, proceedings, costs and damages in respect of death or injury of any person whilst on or in the premises, or loss or damage of any property during the period of or in connec/on with this hire agreement, provided that they will not be liable to so indemnify for any such death, injury, loss or damage caused solely by the negligence of House Rooms or the faulty or defec/ve nature of the premises or any furnishings, fipngs or equipment therein. In no circumstances will House Rooms Ltd be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business or consequen/al losses suffered by the hirer.

This will be achieved through a commitment to flexibility in work practices, communication and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of the business. The joint intention is to create an environment that will encourage and support a highly skilled and committed workforce where participation and development of employees will be a priority for the betterment of the individual and the business.
8.2 Training will be provided to maximise the work skills of employees and enable them to work to the limits of their skills and capabilities. Employees will exercise flexible work practices and there will be no artificial barriers preventing employees from performing tasks in which they have been trained.
8.3 The parties are committed to continuous improvement in occupational health and safety standards through the continued implementation of an organisational framework within the workplace that involves all parties in protecting employee's health and safety. At all workplaces covered by this Agreement, the parties are committed to implementing the best achievable levels of health and safety. The Parties shall ensure that procedures for collecting information on the nature of hazards and incidence of injuries are followed at all times.
8.4 Boral Asphalt (NSW) agrees that, where circumstances arise that will result in major change, discussion will be held with the parties concerned at the earliest possible time.

Joint Commitment. The two Recipients agree that they are jointly and severally liable for the terms, conditions and obligations contained in this Agreement (including the terms, conditions and obligations applicable to their subsidiaries). Further, D-Wave Systems Inc. is the operating company and as such it will be the Recipient directly conducting this project, submitting claims (and receiving payments), and submitting reports. However, there may be instances where one of them may send or receive information, funds, etc. on behalf of both, subject to the concurrence of the Minister.
