Local Arrangements definition

Local Arrangements means an agreement reached at the sub-organisational level between the Commissioner and the Association in terms of clause 14, Local Arrangements of this Award.
Local Arrangements means financial arrangements by any member of the Group with local financial institutions for the purpose of issuance of guarantees, clearing of checks, providing limited credit facilities in the form of overdraft or similar or any other arrangements which is commercially attractive and beneficially to enable any member of the Group to attract, conduct or maintain business in its local market or otherwise for its ordinary course of business, which in aggregate for the Group shall not exceed the higher of (a) NOK 50,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies) and (b) 0.2x of EBITDA at any time.
