Common use of Purpose of Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Purpose of Evaluation. The primary purpose of the tenured faculty performance evaluation is to xxxxxx the personal and professional development of the faculty member, by providing a useful and substantive assessment of performance, recognition and acknowledgment of good performance, and enhancement of performance by identification of areas needing improvement.
