QC Program Manager. Provide a QC Program Manager to manage and implement the contract-wide QC program. Any changes to the Program Chemical Data Quality Management Plan (CDQMP) and Program Construction Quality Management Plan (CQMP) shall be at the direction and approval of the QC Program Manager, with approval from the Ordering Officer or designated representative. If a separate Project QC Manager is designated to a TO, the QC Program Manager will not necessarily be required to be on-site during that task order’s remedial activities, but shall be readily available for consultation when required by the contract or the Ordering Officer or designated representative.

The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Professional Development Program (a) The parties agree to continue a Professional Development Program for the maintenance and development of the faculty members' professional competence and effectiveness. It is agreed that maintenance of currency of subject knowledge, the improvement of performance of faculty duties, and the maintenance and improvement of professional competence, including instructional skills, are the primary professional development activities of faculty members.
