Qualification of Bidder. 31.1 The Procuring Agency, at any stage of the procurement proceedings, having credible reasons for or prima facie evidence of any defect in Bidder’s capacity may require the Bidder to provide information concerning their professional, technical, financial, legal or managerial competence whether already pre-qualified.

Qualification of Bidder. A. The Contractor must have been engaged in the performance of the type of work described in the Contract Documents for a period of no less that TWO years prior to submitting a bid.
Qualification of Bidder. Each bidder shall submit evidence that he is pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for paint striping. Pre- qualification must be in force at the time of bidding, at the time of award, and through the life of the construction contract.

Qualification of Bidder. 1. Applicants which can participate in this bidding shall meet all of the following requirements :
a. Professional, competent, resourceful and experienced Agency/Company/Distributor which is able to provide/supply of Materials (Detail list of materials are specified in Chapter III).
b. Domestic Professional company which participates in this bidding shall submit a copy of contract/purchase order confirming that the company has an experience in supplying of materials and submit the consumables and/or list to be provided by this bidding with the evidence document.
c. Any business entity on the PLN Black List is not allowed to participate in this Bidding.

Qualification of Bidder. Bidders shall be experienced in hauling and disposal of municipal solid waste, shall have the necessary equipment and facilities, and shall possess sufficient capital to properly execute the solid waste transportation services described in these specifications and the proposed Agreement during the proposed contract time period. Bids received from Bidders who cannot demonstrate the ability to perform the work during the specified contract term or who have previously performed similar work in an unsatisfactory manner, may be rejected. A bid may be rejected if a Bidder cannot show that it has the necessary ability, facilities and equipment to commence the work at the time prescribed and thereafter to complete the work. A bid may be rejected if the Bidder is already obligated for the performance of other work that would reduce the Bidder’s ability to perform the work required under the present contract. Ability to provide disposal capacity for the term of the proposed Agreement shall be provided with the Bid and documented by the responsible governing state agency.
