Qualifications and Recent Experience. Provide a brief description of the firm, including the number of years the firm has been in existence, range of professional services, office location(s), location services will be provided, and staff size. In addition, provide a list and brief description of five (5) service planning and assessment projects that your firm has completed in the last five years. Projects that include extensive financial analysis and technology recommendations should be included. Include the name of each organization, a brief description of the scope of the project, names of the project team, the project budget, and the time required to complete the project from the time notice was issued to proceed to delivery of the final product. If any subcontractors are to be used in the project, their experience on similar projects should be detailed here as well. All project listed should have been completed in the last 5 years.

  • Performance Qualifications The Buyer reserves the right to investigate or inspect at any time whether the product, qualifications, or facilities offered by Respondent meet the Contract requirements.
