Qualifications for Recall. RIFed MBUs shall specify in writing the grade level, program and subject matter for which they wish to be considered for recall. MBUs shall have the right to limit the positions for which they will be considered for recall.
Qualifications for Recall. (1999) Laid-off regular full-time employees, who have the qualifications to perform the work, shall be recalled to service in order of their seniority. An employee recalled into a position other than the one in which he/she was laid-off, shall be deemed recalled into his/her laid-off position when said position becomes available.
