Qualified Referrals. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, if Customer does not meet the requirements for a Qualified Referral, LogMeIn shall deduct from Referral Partner’s next monthly payment, any Referral Fees already paid to Referral Partner for such Customer.
Qualified Referrals. For the purposes hereof, a “Qualified Referral” shall mean a customer or prospect: (i) that is verifiably referred to NewCo using the Special Links; and (ii) that has been referred to NewCo in compliance with all of the terms of this Agreement. Approval and acceptance of any Qualified Referral or any sale of Products shall be at NewCo’s sole discretion, and NewCo may reject any such Qualified Referral or any sale for any reason.
Qualified Referrals. For you to be eligible to receive a referral fee, the potential customer must be a Qualified Referral. A “Qualified Referral” means a person or business entity (i) which is not already a customer of Workspring, (ii) which is not already in the Workspring database.
Qualified Referrals. Only qualified referrals to Prospective Subscribers will count toward the receipt of Program Incentives under the Refera Friend Program. Qualified referrals consist of Prospective Subscribers that (i) use a Referral Link/Code, (ii) are not currently Instant Ink Subscribers, (iii) meet the eligibility requirements to use the Service, stated herein, and (iv) complete the enrolment process for the Service with accurate personal and payment information. Prospective Subscribers that meet these qualifications are referred to herein as “Referred Subscribers.”
Qualified Referrals. In order for a Marketing Associate to be eligible to receive a referral commission fee, the Marketing Associate must refer a “qualified prospect/client” directly to Company via the application process of their company sponsored website. A “QUALIFIED” referral must meet the following requirement: Referred client must submit an online investor financing application via the Marketing Associates designated company sponsored website and meet the published qualification for our investor financing program. IMPORTANT NOTE: Company DOES NOT and will not cold call/contact individuals referred by a Marketing Associate that has not submitted an online application via the Marketing Associates company sponsored website.
Qualified Referrals. A Qualified Referral must:
a. Be a natural person (i.e., no businesses, legal entities or pets) located in the United States or Canada
b. Be a new user of the EnVision App
c. Sign up to become a member using the referral link provided or other methods supplied by us that allow for proper tracking of referrals
d. Consent to and comply with the General Terms and Conditions
e. Engage with the App on a qualifying number of occasions within ninety (90) days from sign-up.
Qualified Referrals. “Qualified Referrals” mean Referrals who meet certain requirements established by Right Networks, which may be amended from time to time in Right Networks’ sole discretion, and which requirements, at the execution of this Agreement, are listed on Exhibit B hereto.
Qualified Referrals. In order for a potential customer referred by you to be eligible for a Referral Commission the following conditions must be satisfied (“Qualified Referral”): (a) the potential customer must be a new customer, not someone renewing a previous license or subscription; (b) the potential customer must click through the unique AP Link from your site, email, or other communication to the Katalon Offering purchasing page; (c) Katalon must be able to identify you as the source of such new customer lead; and (d) the potential customer must complete Katalon’s relevant order form, enter into the relevant online license/subscription agreement with Xxxxxxx, and remit full payment for a paid license/subscription for the Offering, all within 45 days of the initial potential customer’s click-through on the AP Link. If the referred potential customer fails to make a purchase of an Offering with paid license/subscription within that 45-day period and later returns to make a purchase without following the AP Link, then that potential customer will not be a Qualified Referral for which you are eligible to receive a Referral Commission.
Qualified Referrals. The Local Unions will exert their best efforts to recruit sufficient numbers of skilled and qualified crafts employees to fulfill the requirements of the Contractor.
Qualified Referrals. Rewards can only be awarded for Qualified Referrals. A Qualified Referral satisfies all of the following conditions: ● A homeowner (no renters or leased properties); ● Located in a Prime State; ● Signed up for and completed the purchase or lease process for a Lumio solar system using the Ambassador’s Personal Link. If a Referred Friend uses any other link or method, or fails to complete the purchase or lease process for the Lumio solar system, the registration will not count as a Qualified Referral; ● Has received permission to operate (“PTO”); ● Not previously registered for Services under any email address or alias; ● A legal resident of the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia who is 18 years or older.
