Qualified Service Sample Clauses
Qualified Service. To qualify, the prior employer(s) must have classified the employee as “full time”, and the employee must have worked an average of at least 40 hours per week or 2,080 hours per year. Prior employment under “part time”, “paid‐on‐call”, “auxiliary”, “temporary”, or “seasonal” classification is not qualified for prior service credit.

Provider The Contractor assures that it possesses the necessary expertise, knowledge, training, skills, and has the necessary licenses and/or certifications to perform the services set forth in this Agreement as well as documentation indicating the Contractor has adequate internal control systems and appropriate fiscal safeguards and budgetary oversight mechanisms. The County may implement a provisional contract status if a determination is made that the agency is out of compliance with the requirements outlined in this Agreement. The County may restrict new referrals under provisional status.
