Qualifying Affordability Plan. Grantee shall participate in ACP for the life of ACP and its successor for the Project Area awarded as part of this Grant in addition to providing an affordable high-speed Internet plan option that does not include an income threshold requirement. Grantee shall consult with the community on the general affordability needs of the target markets and include at least one low-cost option without data usage caps with a minimum speed of 100/20 Mbps. Xxxxxxx agrees to report speed, pricing, data allowance, and methodology information to ORS.
Qualifying Affordability Plan. Grantee shall participate in ACP for the life of ACP for the Project Area awarded as part of this Grant in addition to providing an affordable high- speed Internet plan option that does not include an income threshold requirement. Grantee shall consult with the community on the general affordability needs of the target markets and include at least one low-cost option without data usage caps with a minimum speed of 100/20 Mbps for a disclosed duration upon the completion of the project (see exhibit A). Grantee shall ensure that consumers are aware of their participation in the low-cost plan offer. Xxxxxxx agrees to report speed, pricing, and data allowance information to ORS.
