Disability Plan definition

Disability Plan means the long-term disability plan (or any successor disability and/or survivorship plan adopted by the Company) in which Executive participates, as in effect immediately prior to the relevant event (subject to changes in coverage levels applicable to all employees generally covered by such Plan).
Disability Plan means Ceridian’s group long-term disability plan applicable to executives, as may be amended from time to time in Ceridian’s sole discretion.
Disability Plan when immediately preceded by “Tyco,” shall mean any short-term disability program and long-term disability program sponsored by Tyco, (ii) when immediately preceded by “Healthcare,” shall mean the short-term disability program and long-term disability program to be established by Healthcare under Section 6.8(d); and (iii) when immediately preceded by “Electronics,” shall mean the short-term disability program and long-term disability program to be established by Electronics under Section 6.8(d).

Examples of Disability Plan in a sentence

  • Employee’s employment under this Agreement shall terminate upon Employee’s (i) death, or (ii) “Disability,” which for purposes of this Agreement means a “Total Disability” (or equivalent) as defined under Employer’s Long Term Disability Plan in effect at the time of the Disability.

  • In lieu of such certification, the Company shall accept, as proof of permanent disability, your eligibility for long-term disability payments under the applicable Long-Term Disability Plan of the Company.

  • For all purposes of this Agreement, the term "Disability" shall have the same meaning as that term has in the Interpublic Long-Term Disability Plan.

  • If the Employee is eligible to receive benefits under the Company’s Long-Term Disability Plan, then the Company will pay the Employee additional compensation so that the total received by the Employee (after taking into consideration the amounts payable to the Employee under the Long-Term Disability Plan) equals the Termination Compensation.

  • Long-Term Disability Plan shall be considered to have a Disability.


More Definitions of Disability Plan

Disability Plan means the long-term disability plan of the Company, if any, as now or hereafter amended, including any similar successor plan.
