Quality Assurance Meetings. Upon City’s request, Contractor shall schedule one or more quality assurance meetings with City’s Contract Administrator to discuss Contractor’s performance. If requested, Contractor shall schedule the first quality assurance meeting no later than eight (8) weeks from the date of commencement of work under the Contract. At the quality assurance meeting(s), City’s Contract Administrator will provide Contractor with feedback, will note any deficiencies in Contract performance, and provide Contractor with an opportunity to address and correct such deficiencies. The total number of quality assurance meetings that may be required by City will depend upon Contractor’s performance.

Quality Assurance Meetings. Upon Authority’s request, Consultant shall schedule one or more quality assurance meetings with Authority’s Agreement Administrator to discuss Consultant’s performance. If requested, Consultant shall schedule the first quality assurance meeting no later than eight (8) weeks from the date of commencement of work under the Agreement. At the quality assurance meeting(s), Authority’s Agreement Administrator will provide Consultant with feedback, will note any deficiencies in Agreement performance, and provide Consultant with an opportunity to address and correct such deficiencies. The total number of quality assurance meetings that may be required by Authority will depend upon Consultant’s performance.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • Health and Safety Representative Meetings A Health and Safety Representative will be allowed reasonable paid time during working hours to attend to on the job occupational health and safety matters affecting Employees he/she represents providing that the Representative informs their manager and agreement is reached. At all other times the Representative will perform productive work within his/her range of qualifications and competencies.

  • Review Meetings During the review meetings the Project Managers shall discuss progress made by the Contractor in the performance of this Contract. Each party shall provide a status report, as desired by a Project Manager, listing any problem or concern encountered since the last meeting. Records of such reports and other communications issued in writing during the course of Contract performance shall be maintained by each party.

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.

  • Performance Meetings During a meeting on performance, the parties will: (a) discuss the causes of a Performance Factor; (b) discuss the impact of a Performance Factor on the local health system and the risk resulting from non-performance; and (c) determine the steps to be taken to remedy or mitigate the impact of the Performance Factor (the “Performance Improvement Process”).

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Disciplinary Meetings In the event a meeting is held for disciplinary purposes, the affected employee shall have the right to have a Union xxxxxxx and/or Union representative present.
