Quality Control Supervisor. The Claims Administrator shall maintain a Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor shall institute procedures to evaluate the claims-processing functions to assure that Claims are processed accurately and in accordance with the Claims Resolution Procedures. The Quality Control Supervisor may, to the extent applicable, use procedures applied in the Revised Settlement Program to assure appropriate quality control. The Quality Control Supervisor may simultaneously be employed by the MDL Claims Office. The Quality Control Supervisor may, with the approval of the Finance Committee, employ independent auditors to review Claims operations. The Claimants’ Advisory Committee and the Debtor’s Representatives may participate in a joint training session for the purpose of implementing procedures and guidelines in the Dow Corning Settlement Program.

Quality Control Supervisor. Without altering Tenant's access rights contained in Article VI of the Work Letter, Landlord agrees to grant Jones a temporary, revocable xxxxxxx xx enter the Premises and serve as an on-site quality control inspector (the "QC Inspector") to inspect the delivery of equipment and materials and inform Landlord of any issues with regard to the quality of Landlord's Work so long as the QC Inspector's efforts do not interfere with or otherwise impede the performance of Landlord's Work. The QC Inspector will communicate any related quality concerns to Landlord by electronic mail to the attention of Pete McCawley with a copy to Landloxx'x Xxxxxxxxtative (i.e., Stan Wendzel) and Doug Kornich. In xxx xxxxx xx any ixxxxxxxxxxx by QC Inspector with the performance of Landlord's Work (e.g., disturbance of GC Means and Methods, directing subcontractor(s) to perform work, causing Project delays), Landlord may immediately terminate QC Inspector's rights under this Section 7 and such interference may constitute a Tenant Delay under the Lease and Work Letter.
Quality Control Supervisor. The Quality Control Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring the staff of the Claims Office to ensure that the eligibility criteria for Claims are accurately and consistently applied. (6) APPEALS JUDGE. The initial Appeals Judge will be Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, the same person designated by the MDL 926 Court to hear appeals from disputes in the resolution of claims by the MDL 926 Claims Office.   • Operational Control Directing the operation of the Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control to maintain these facilities in a reliable state, as defined by the Reliability Rules. The ISO shall approve operational decisions concerning these facilities, made by each Transmission Owner before the Transmission Owner implements those decisions. In accordance with ISO Procedures, the ISO shall direct each Transmission Owner to take certain actions to restore the system to the Normal State. Operational Control includes security monitoring, adjustment of generation and transmission resources, coordination and approval of changes in transmission status for maintenance, determination of changes in transmission status for reliability, coordination with other Control Areas, voltage reductions and Load Shedding, except that each Transmission Owner continues to physically operate and maintain its facilities.

  • Acceptance Testing At the time of installation of a LIS trunk group, and at no additional charge, acceptance tests will be performed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.
