Quarterly Business Review. Buyer and Supplier shall meet on a quarterly basis for a QBR. The QBR shall focus on the SDR, SQR and SSR that Supplier has earned for the preceding quarter. Quarterly Business Review. At least quarterly, Teleplan and Exabyte will meet to review the performance of their respective obligations under this agreement. Quarterly Business Review. The parties will conduct a Quarterly Business Review (“Quarterly Business Review” or “QBR”) meeting at least once each calendar quarter for the purpose of reviewing the parties’ performance and the business matters to be addressed quarterly as set forth in the specific provisions of this Agreement. Commercially reasonable efforts will be made by SERCOMM and B uyer to have at least one executive level participant in attendance for each QBR. To the extent possible, these meetings will be scheduled in order to permit in-person attendance by participants and they will be conducted at the location where Buyer’s products are manufactured, unless mutually agreed to otherwise by the parties.
