QUARTERLY MONITORING MEETINGS. With respect to the quarterly monitoring meetings referenced in Section 5(d) above, the County Judge, County Commissioners, or their designee(s) shall be allowed to attend such quarterly monitoring meetings, on the express condition that they execute a confidentiality agreement prepared by OWNER so as to protect confidential information which may be disclosed to them during or as a result of such monitoring meetings. OWNER agrees to reimburse the COUNTY in an amount not to exceed to $4,000.00 annually for the costs or expenses actually incurred by the COUNTY in monitoring the status of the bidding process every quarter during the construction phase of the PROJECT. OWNER will provide the COUNTY with quarterly reports which detail procurement of services, equipment and labor utilized in construction.

QUARTERLY MONITORING MEETINGS. The grant awardee will provide the Council’s representative with a monitoring report against the targets and outcomes in each quarter. Quarterly monitoring meetings will take place between the Council’s representative and the grant awardee’s representative as set out in Schedule 3. The purpose of these meetings will be to review the grant awardee’s performance in each quarter prior to releasing the funding for the next quarter. Each of the monitoring meetings will be conducted as follows:- • Review the outturn figures for the quarter against the targets set. • Review the grant awardee’s activities in the quarter and how these have contributed to the achievement of the targets. • Agree any changes to activities and remedial action where performance needs to improve. • Confirm activities for next quarter. The quarterly meetings will be recorded.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.

  • Monthly Meetings The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall schedule monthly meetings to review pending grievances and contractual issues and to make good faith efforts to resolve such grievances and issues. The Chief Xxxxxxx or Xxxxxxx designated by the Union and the university’s chief human resources officer or designee shall mutually agree on the participation of other Union and Employer representatives at these meetings on a case-by-case basis. Such meetings shall take place during regular working hours. Bargaining unit employees authorized to attend these meetings shall be considered to be on work time.

  • Open Meetings (a) All scheduled meetings of the Employer shall be open meetings, except in those cases where personnel, financial or other matters require that the meeting be considered confidential.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • Periodic Meetings As reasonably required by Owner, Manager and other personnel engaged or involved in the management and operation of the Properties shall meet to discuss the historical results of operations and to consider deviations from budget.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • TAC Meetings The goal of this subtask is for the TAC to provide strategic guidance for the project by participating in regular meetings, which may be held via teleconference. The Recipient shall: • Discuss the TAC meeting schedule with the CAM at the Kick-off meeting. Determine the number and location of meetings (in-person and via teleconference) in consultation with the CAM. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Schedule that will be presented to the TAC members during recruiting. Revise the schedule after the first TAC meeting to incorporate meeting comments. • Prepare a TAC Meeting Agenda and TAC Meeting Back-up Materials for each TAC meeting. • Organize and lead TAC meetings in accordance with the TAC Meeting Schedule. Changes to the schedule must be pre-approved in writing by the CAM. • Prepare TAC Meeting Summaries that include any recommended resolutions of major TAC issues. The TAC shall: • Help set the project team's goals and contribute to the development and evaluation of its statement of proposed objectives as the project evolves. • Provide a credible and objective sounding board on the wide range of technical and financial barriers and opportunities. • Help identify key areas where the project has a competitive advantage, value proposition, or strength upon which to build. • Advocate on behalf of the project in its effort to build partnerships, governmental support and relationships with a national spectrum of influential leaders. • Ask probing questions that insure a long-term perspective on decision-making and progress toward the project’s strategic goals. • Review and provide comments to proposed project performance metrics. • Review and provide comments to proposed project Draft Technology Transfer Plan.   • Project Meetings The Contractor shall attend a preconstruction conference and shall participate in regularly scheduled Project meetings.
